Submission Focus

Show us how your library has used JoVE to: 

  • Improve teaching, learning, or student engagement
  • Strengthen research support or research reproducibility
  • Integrate JoVE into library guides, workshops, orientation programmes, or learning platforms
  • Increase awareness and use of JoVE across your institution

Application Requirements

Academic, research, and corporate librarians can apply individually or as a library team.

Please include:

  • A short biography of the applicant or library team
  • A written impact story (up to 1,000 words)
  • Supporting materials (e.g. library guides, LMS integrations, usage reports, assessment data, or faculty testimonials)
  • A short 1-minute video highlighting the initiative and its impact (Optional)

Award Committee

Shortlisted entries for the JoVE Librarian Innovation Award 2026 will be reviewed by the 2025 award winner and members of JoVE's Library Advisory Board, librarians from top universities, colleges, hospitals, and government agencies, who will bring their experienced perspective to judge this year's award submissions.
